HOW TO PROCEED?
Our helmets come with a 2-year warranty under normal use. Additionally, our Crash Replacement program allows you, in the event of a crash and if your helmet is less than 5 years old, to purchase a new helmet at a 50% discount off the recommended retail price of the same model or an equivalent model.
To take advantage of this offer please be ready to send us the following information :
Pictures of the damaged helmet
High Quality images, use multiple angles, avoid filters
Description of the crash
Tell us simply what happened to you and your helmet
Purchase invoice
Send us the purchase invoice featuring the date of purchase

Please be aware that this program does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents outside of a crash scenario. Furthermore, any attempt to abuse or manipulate the program will result in disqualification.
